We knew we could trust her immediately from the first intro call. She knows Richmond inside out. She really took the time to learn about what we wanted. I genuinely don't think we would have managed to buy our house without Erin. She knew the areas we were looking at very well, and nudged us to expand our search in other parts of town based on our criteria (and she was spot on!). She was super responsive on phone, email, text--morning evening and night--as needed to get offers out the door quickly (which ended up making a big difference for us!)

She was also really real with us "This is what I've seen on houses in the area in the last months/years. This is what makes offers win." She gave us some critical tips on our accepted offer; we wouldn't have won without them.

Erin is a jem to work with! She is very knowledgeable about the market, very patient when I went back and forth between looking for a home and thinking I should continue to rent, very encouraging when I put in offer after offer and it being rejected. Truth be told I would have had a home sooner if I would have listened to Erin regarding coming to the table with a strong offer. She answered my texts early in the morning, late in the evening, AND while she was on vacation she never missed a beat. I would definitely recommend Erin to any who is looking to buy or sell a property!!!!
