Erin Sjoquist

She is Old Home Certified by the MN Preservation Alliance and understands the specific issues of older houses as well as all they contribute to our communities. Her more than 20 years of investing experience enables her to guide novice investors and seasoned professionals alike. Erin also enjoys collaborating with international clients and holds a B.A. in Spanish from the University of MN. When she is not rehabbing an old house or negotiating for a client she enjoys skiing, canoeing in the BWCA, biking, travel, and spending time with her two children and husband.
