Erin is by far the most reliable realtor I’ve met. I’ve closed two houses with her! She is genuinely on your side and will have no problem telling you “do know get this house” or point out all the flaws of the house at an open house, which is what I needed! Sometimes as a buyer, we do not see certain things wrong with the house compared to an outsider. So it is really nice to have that person by your side! Erin also walks through every little steps along the way to avoid any confusion during the process! She will be on the phone at 9pm with me detailing all the forms I have to sign! I cannot ask for a better agent/realtor to represent me!

Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Erin was very professional as well as personal…my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. Erin is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Erin moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. Erin and her team are amazing and I would highly recommend the them to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it. She treated us like her own family.

Erin was amazing to work with and I highly recommend her. I interviewed so many agents when we started our home search, but I knew as soon as I spoke to her that Erin was a great fit for us. She genuinely listened to all of our needs/wants (even though some of the things seemed absolutely bonkers), and she helped us find THE house that checked everything on the list and guided us to a winning offer. I rented a town house in philly from Erin and she was the absolute best landlord I have ever had - and that's hard to come across in Philly. She was kind, professional, always quick to reply, forthcoming, respectful of my rights and privacy as a tenant, and made working with her incredibly easy. At one point as I was transitioning to a new job I was unable to pay rent on time. Erin was not only understanding but empathetic and helped find a resolution that would work for us both. I can't say enough good things. If only every landlord could be like her.

BEYOND AMAZING! Where do I even begin! Myself and large family just settled on our amazing home 10/18/2021- from the beginning of the process to the final signatures, Erin was a true pleasure to work with!
