Ermelinda did an outstanding job in helping us find our dream home! She went above and beyond to help us with viewings especially as we lived far from the area we were moving to. Ermelinda shared very honest and objective advice especially when it came to negotiating our sale price and working through our inspection. We really appreciated her perseverance throughput the process and invaluable knowledge of the area we were moving to. Before I was referred to Linda in March of 2022, I was working with a different agent for over a year with no progress. From the start of our initial zoom meeting, I was immediately impressed with not only her knowledge and communication skills but as well as her drive and passion. As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions and concerns but Linda always took her time to explain each detail to me. She never made me feel in the dark. She walked me through the entire process and listened to what I was looking for. Not only is she so loving and hard working, she is one of the most organized people I know. Living in NYC without a car made it extremely difficult to look at houses in Orange County, but Linda was so kind to offer to take me to view each home. Every home we viewed, got better and better. We saw my now home back in June and closed on September 1st! Even when emotions got high during closing, Linda remained professional and kind. She made sure she looked out for me just as she would her own family. Linda is not only so kind, she is genuine and trustworthy. I made a long time friend with Linda and am so appreciative. Thank you so much for your patience Linda ❤️ We did it!!
