Excellent communication, never too busy to deal with issues.
Meets due dates and dead lines like a pro and he's nice about everything. If a problem or mistake is made, he will navigate or negotiate to resolve it mutually, without alienating either side along the way.
In my book he is a consummate professional.
This agent is rated five stars by me because he deserves it. With 50+ years in this business and the hundreds upon hundreds I have dealt with, he rates with the best, if you are considering him, just do it.
