We started our home search in Florida about three years ago. Ernest Van Glahn was highly recommended by a mutual friend. Ernest stayed in touch with us regularly over the last three years, as we prepared to relocate to Florida. We were finally ready to move in the summer of 2016. Ernest recommended a great Realtor to us to sell our home in New York as well. We started our serious home search as soon as our house was under contract. We had a cash buyer, so we needed something fast. Ernest searched for us knowing what we were looking for. He found a house in the exact area we wanted. We needed a specific school district. He identified a house in the exact area we wanted and with all the features we wanted as well. We took a risk flying down to Florida to look at this one house. It was risky especially considering that the sellers had made a significant price reduction the day before. We trusted Ernest. He got us into the house as early as possible the very next day. We loved the house. Ernest knew we needed to get our offer in ASAP to get this house. He took his laptop and wrote up our offer in a nearby store. He told us we needed to come in aggressively because there would be multiple offers on the house. We trusted Ernest and we submitted a full price offer with a large escrow deposit. We Beat Out 4 Other Offers and we got the house. Every Realtor who brought buyers there the same day submitted an offer. We even beat out a cash offer. We were so happy. Ernest guided us through the buying process which is quite different from New York. He was there for us day and night if we had any questions. Ernest and his partner Debi were awesome to work with. They even gave a large rebate at closing because I am a retired Law Enforcement Officer as he is as well. We could not believe a Realtor would do this. But the Prime-Time Realty Team is not made up of your average Realtors. They are awesome and they know their trade. They also donate to a wonderful charity for every deal they close. It is called The Friends of Joshua House. They help abused, neglected and abandoned children live a better life. We were so impressed by this. We can’t thank Ernest and Debi enough for helping make our dream come true finding the house we dreamed of in Florida. We can’t recommend Ernest and his team enough. We HIGHLY recommend Ernest and Debi to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will not be sorry!! He is the best.

As a home buyer in the state of Florida, we had to navigate a whole new real estate market, complete with new laws and nuances, all while having to adjust my expectations. Thankfully, we didn’t have to do this alone because we had an amazing agent in Ernest Van Glahn, Team Leader of The Prime Time Home Team. He was recommended to us by my daughter. She had recently bought home and used Ernest as their agent. Ernest comes from the same area in New York that we are from, so we felt he would be a great choice of a Realtor to work with. He relocated to the Tampa area 13 years ago and knows the market and the Wesley Chapel area extremely well. Ernest was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process – from our initial meeting to closing and beyond. We really valued and appreciated his patience, especially because my search criteria changed a few times over the course of our search. We ultimately decided to buy a new construction home. He was never pushy and was very patient with us. We’d be remiss if we didn’t mention anything about his accessibility.
