In 2009, Ernie first helped my daughter sell her home, and immediately purchase a larger home that met the needs of their growing family. He also managed to close on both houses on the same day, so they were not out hotels etc while waiting to close on the new house. When I started to look for a home in 2010, my daughter told me to go see Ernie - He found me the perfect home within a week. He stayed in very close contact throughout the mortgage process nightmares that always seems to come up when you purchase a home, but he walked me through every hurdle and was, what I called a pit bull when it came to negotiations, etc. I will always want Ernie on my side and any future homes I purchase, he will be the realtor I use. After my mother passed away, we had to sell her home in another City, a few months later. It was difficult to sell our childhood home with all of the love shared in it over the years; and all the memories, that went with it, but he is the only one I trusted with such a sentimental property. He not only found a buyer for our home, but handled each step of this difficult process with empathy, caring and professionalism, realizing with each step, he held our memories in his hands. Ernie is extremely hard-working, honest, and up-front with all of his clients. He is not only our family realtor, he has become a wonderful and trusted friend. I would recommend him for any sale or purchase you might have.
