You won't be dissapointed with Esterine's negotiation skills. My wife and I were house hunting for about a year. It was so frustrating to find that when our offer was submitted on a property, investors would pay cash and the property would be awarded to the competition, we only had 10% down for our funds. This went on for about a year. When canvassing a neighborhood for a home, we met Esterine, who we found to be a 'go getter'. My wife gave the criteria for the home that we wanted and Esterine did the rest. Long story short, we found a dream home, well we really wished it was our dream home but kept our fingers crossed as we thought it was unattainable. That is until Esterine worked her magic. The beauty of the story is that she was able to keep all cash buyers from buying the home, she negotiated $150k off the original purchase price for us, and her knowledge of the process 'ensured that we did not have any competition' in buying this home. Well, I'm happy to tell that dreams do come true 4u with Esterine, She and her team made sure that the buying process was performed in a quick efficient manner. My wife and I will enjoy the bbq's this summer, you can be sure that we'll have our new friend Esterine over for some tri-tip. Thanks Esterine for the 'dream come true'.
