I can’t recommend Esther highly enough. She is one of the best real estate agents I’ve worked with over the years, and I’ve worked with many. Esther treated my home as if it were her own and put in an incredible level of effort to make it one of the best listings on the market.

From the initial consultation, Esther took the time to understand my goals and quickly assessed the property. She immediately highlighted the strongest selling points and identified a few high-impact fixes that would meaningfully improve buyer appeal and value. She built a clear plan, coordinated vendors and timelines. We were traveling internationally during this time and Esther managed every moving part with almost no delays. When unexpected issues came up, she stayed calm and solution-oriented, and she communicated proactively, always aligning with me and never making decisions unilaterally.

I first met Esther at a previous open house. I appreciated the presentation of that home, and we discovered we shared similar opinions on remodeling. I subsequently selected her as my listing agent.

After touring my home, Esther identified several areas that required improvement. We discussed the design and agreed on a plan. Contractors began work within a week, and several weeks later, the house appeared modern and attractive. The property went pending four days after the open house, and we secured a buyer who was satisfied with the purchase.

Esther is highly dedicated to her work. She responded promptly to all inquiries and served as the central coordinator between the contractors, the buyer, and myself, ensuring clear communication throughout. She managed the property with a personal sense of care, coordinating all projects efficiently. While I was initially quite involved, her capable management allowed me to adopt a more hands-off approach.

Esther was great at closing the sale of our house in Sunnyvale. She was very approachable and responsive to all our questions, every step of the way, no matter the time of the day or weekend. She knew the local area well. At the beginning, she evaluated what our goals and objectives were, and what our budget was to get house ready. After she did an inspection of our home, she gave a quick overview of the main things that needed to be done, before it went on the market. She then worked with her vendors and gave us an estimate of the labor and material costs, which turned out to be extremely accurate.

She is positive and realistic, and did not look at problems along the way, as setbacks, but actively and collaboratively looked for solutions. She had a good team behind her at Coldwell Banker, that she leaned on for any issues. She worked closely with vendors, and saved us a lot of time. She has a good set of vendors working for her team, and that helped as well.

From working with vendors, to working with inspection agents, title companies, HOA, she worked seamlessly!

She is enthusiastic and has a great attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes. We enjoyed working with her and her team and would highly recommend her!

We've worked with a number of real estate agents in the past, but Esther redefined our expectations of how valuable having the right real estate agent could really be throughout every stage of the process and first time homebuyers.

During the touring stage, Esther is not only there for you at private tours and open houses to answer your questions, but also helps you envision what it would be like to live at the place. She proactively surfaces properties you might be interested in, and translates endless pages of disclosure docs into actual info that makes sense. Her knowledge of the area and market was incredibly detailed, which made us feel both informed and confident in each step of the process. And the rapport she builds with the seller agents in the area really helped us get a better understanding beyond what we could have done reading disclosures or even working with other agents.

When we finally landed on the house we wanted to bid on, Esther was with us every step of the way. Even though she was on vacation in a completely different time zone, she went above and beyond to ensure everything moved smoothly and on time. Esther did lot of market research and provided the data to help with making the offer pricing and her expert knowledge of the area and sharp negotiation skills helped us secure the right property.
