He is very efficient with answering emails and calls timely, and very detailed with his approach to realty in Wash DC.

I have recommended Ethan to multiple people because of his deep knowledge of the DC marketplace, and his compassion for each client's unique situations. Ethan represented my sister's condo, and thanks to his hard work up front, it sold before we even had the first open house. There were a few things that came up during the inspection, and Ethan handled them quickly and efficiently. He then sold my neighbor's condo in next to no time. My neighbor was out of town during the entire process, and Ethan handled everything beautifully, from pricing to staging, and through closing. As a member of the condo board, I can say it was a very easy and seamless process. I will continue to recommend him without hesitation.
