Eugene Allende

Los Angeles born Eugene Allende, a resident of Miami since 1980, is a dedicated, hard-working individual who takes enormous pride in putting his customers first. He is genuinely devoted to doing the right things for their financial future, not just in their real estate purchase but in every investment that they make. Eugene began his career as a licensed mortgage broker and realtor in 1998, specializing in residential and commercial real estate. He started his first mortgage company in 2001 which was very successful. Since 1998, he has closed over 200 million dollars worth of real estate. In addition, he has a strong financial services background with knowledge of lending, underwriting, property valuation, and in both real estate and non-real estate investments. Eugene holds a series 7 license (General Securities Representative), and as a Financial Advisor (since 2011), he also offers his clients investment and retirement planning.


In addition to holding a Real Estate Sales Associate license, Eugene is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, a General Securities Representative (Series 7), an Investment Advisor Representative (Series 65), an Insurance Agent (2-15 Health, Life, and Variable Annuity) and holds a State Securities License (Series 63).

Eugene is the proud husband of Heather, his wife since 1997 and father to his two boys, Ethan and Eli. Active in his community, Eugene is involved with the National Youth Sports Coaches Association as well as the Tamiami Park Youth Baseball Association. Away from the office, he enjoys golfing, baseball, Crossfit, fishing and clay target shooting.
