Eugene Korsunsky started his career in the hi-tech field after graduating from Keller Graduate School of Management in 2010. With his MBA in hand, Eugene led project management positions with a talent for delegating and negotiating in the world of Silicon Valley tech. His career path was chosen for him at a key moment, when he realized during a mandatory work meeting, he was losing valuable client communication during one of his transactions. He knew real estate was his true calling. As his property management and residential real estate career took off, he realized joining forces with Michael would cement their relationship and success as co-owners of Intempus Realty.

Eugene brings to the team enthusiasm, a keen eye for positive cash flow properties, and the understanding of what it takes to make a property a winner. For the greater part of the past ten years, he has been helping potential property owners identify properties with the highest potential ROI, perform transactions and then manage assets after close of escrow. He is able to accomplish this through his thorough understanding of the investment market, his relationships with developers and lenders, and his financial background. Eugene is a San Jose local, growing up in the Cambrian neighborhood and attending Leigh high school. His favorite interests besides making his clients happy, are hanging out with his wonderful wife and two boys, traveling and home improvement projects.
