Eugene Shats

A graduate of The Ohio State University (majored in marketing and management information systems, minored in economics), Eugene has long been fascinated by the complexities of the real estate industry. Of particular interest to him are the effects governmental policies have on housing markets and what role businesses play in community development. More than anything else, however, when working with clients, he sees himself as an educator, a trusted adviser and an objective friend. One of five siblings, Eugene and his wife live in New Albany and enjoy exploring Central Ohio’s neighborhoods by foot. His other interests include community service, local music, and home cooking.
