Gene is great - he maintained a good relationship with us after helping us buy our first house, and so of course, we contacted him to help us sell that house. He is excellent each step of the way and provided fantastic service to help us sell our home, from professional staging and photography to suggestions on small updates that would go a long way for potential buyers. Even before we chose to sell our home, we would talk to Gene about updates to the house and get his recommendations on contractors or the DC market. He is very knowledgeable, communicative and responsive to questions, and any time we needed help during the process, Gene was there to help. We have since moved across the country, but we are thrilled that we had Gene to help us with all our real estate questions over the years. Our house had multiple offers after three days on the market, and we sold for well above asking price. Overall, excellent.
