Eugene Zinchik

Eugene has called San Francisco home since the age of seven and feels lucky to have a profession which enables him to help others find their home in the Bay Area. He has been involved in the real estate industry in the Bay Area for the past 14 years, initially as a mortgage loan officer, then as a real estate appraiser, and for the past ten years working in real estate sales, joining his brother, Paul Zinchik, and longtime associate Alla Lipovetsky to form their own practice. His breadth of experience in the many facets of real estate provide a unique perspective to those around him. More than anything, Eugene truly enjoys supporting his clients as they engage in buying, selling, and investing in real estate in San Francisco and surrounding areas. In his free time, alongside his wife, he enjoys everything that California has to offer including hiking, oyster shucking, wine tasting and running.
