Eva EVA EVA!!! On behalf of our Castro Family we thank you from the bottom of our HEARTS! She was SO PATIENT with me these past 3 years, while my family and I got our lives together!

Starting the process and going in on the first few bids were tough because we quickly got priced out with the demand during the pandemic. When we eventually did win the few bids we had, it then became a financial struggle with the Appraisal. I was SO DISCOURAGED that we started to look outside of California. After weighing pros and cons, we decided to give it ONE more shot! Even tho interests rates are high, we knew the competition wouldn't be so CRAZY. The 1st bid "back in the ring" was an overbid of 60k, but the 2nd BID WAS THE ONE!! From their it was smooth SAILING and I was so HAPPY to have the team that we had!

Eva is very patient, informative, responsive and constantly looking out for our best interest. We definitely recommend her! All the best in the market PEOPLE, Eva will have your back 🥰🥰🥰
