Eva Garzón (Born on August 9, 1990) is a Spanish business woman owner of The Grand lion Real Estate Group, a brokerage firm based in Miami managing a portfolio of $700M on assets and representing some of the most wealthy family offices from Latino America: Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina ; and Europe. She start specializing on Real Estate market in Miami in 2012 and 3 year later at the age of 24 years old got her Broker license and opened her Brokerage firm. Her extensive market knowledge and strong negotiation skills have positioned her company between the top ones in Miami, opened her new office on 2020 by Brickell city Centre, a retail street level space in one of the most traffic areas in the city where offer a different range of services : commercial, residential , property management and luxury short term rentals with the best personalized service. She has being also featured in some of the most important Real Estate magazines as Real Deal, Brickell living or Miami Herald. Early life and education: Eva was born in 1990 in Avila, Spain and she moved to Madrid to study Business administrations, completing her degree with an outstanding grade in 2012 at the University Pontificia of Comillas (Madrid).Her interest in sales and marketing was present during all her career but in was in 2009 when she was selected to be part of The Analytics Intelligence Cathedra (a Big Data Institution in Spain that analyze the different markets) and Real Estate became her passion and engine motivation until nowadays. In 2010 was part of and scholarship program in Fordham University in New York, an international program specialize in business networking, banking and international relationships. In 2012 she moved to Miami after finishing her degree and as a part of The Goya Mundus scholarship program. A paid internship offered to the the best grades in the Madrid Community Career: During her University her skills on marketing and sales drove her to be the number #1 team to represent L’Oreal on creating a new product for Body Shop. Being part of the L’Oreal team during the last months of her career, where she learned about positioning the product ,packaging as well as analyzing people needs and preferences. Over time, this marketing knowledge had given her a better position to positioned her company and built her Brand. Personal Life : She was also involve on the fashion market as she was modeling some years during her career as a hobby. Being the fashion market another search of networking that she continues keeping relationships. With just 24 years old She found The Grand Lion Real Estate Group. A Boutique brokerage that is leading sales in Brickell- Downtown Miami and had tremendously increase this year 2020.
