Dawn Harte - Eva was very instrumental in assisting me in selling my home via Short sale method. My home was in several real estate agents hands for almost 5 years until Eva came along & expeditiously got a buyer to purchase my home within time frame constraints. I would highly recommend her to home buyers, without hesitation. Pierre and Michelle W. - We could not have asked for a better agent! At one point, we thought that she would have given up on us, but she was more focused and patient than we were in our search for a home. She is responsive, and made us feel as if we were her only clients. At times I was ashamed of how much of her time was committed to us, but it paid off at the end. Ryan and Nicole Hague - Eva not only helped us sell our house, but helped us find our first family home! And our house sold in a matter of a couple weeks!!! We couldn't believe it! I'm definitely picky...and am sure I wasn't the easiest client, being I was 9 months pregnant!! Lol...but she trucked through and was extremely professional! I would definitely recommend her!

Nick Burgos - As a first time homebuyer I was nervous and excited to go through this process. Eva was extremely helpful, always on time, responsive and reassuring. With her guidance I offered a number within .04% of the appraisal value of the home and closed on time. She didn’t mind when I asked silly questions that a google search could’ve answered either, and gave a heads up of what the next step was. While buying a home can be stressful, it sure didn’t seem too bad with her on my side.
