I’m Eva Polizze, a licensed real estate agent based in the Florida Keys with over a decade of experience helping clients buy, sell, and invest in both residential and commercial properties. Licensed since 2013, I’ve successfully closed millions of dollars in real estate transactions, representing buyers and sellers in a wide range of property types—from waterfront homes and luxury vacation rentals to commercial buildings and income-generating investments.

In addition to being a full-time agent, I am a seasoned real estate investor and business owner. I bring the unique perspective of someone who has personally navigated acquisitions, renovations, leasing, and property management across multiple states. This firsthand experience allows me to advise clients strategically, whether they’re acquiring their first investment or expanding a commercial portfolio.

For over 20 years, I owned and operated a successful oceanfront resort at the Jersey Shore. That long-standing experience in hospitality and property operations taught me how to evaluate real estate not just as space, but as opportunity—whether for income, quality of life, or long-term value.

As a full-time Florida Keys resident, I specialize in properties throughout all the islands, including Key Largo, Islamorada, Marathon, Big Pine Key, and Key West. I offer localized expertise and market insight, with a focus on both lifestyle-driven and investment-focused real estate. My specialties include residential and commercial sales, 1031 exchanges, second homes, vacation properties, and commercial leases. I also assist with property staging and positioning to help sellers attract top-dollar offers.

The Smoky Mountain Cabins in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, which includes two large luxury vacation rentals: Cliffside Mountain View Cabin and Grand Mountain View Cabin, both featuring indoor pools, hot tubs, theater rooms, game rooms, and panoramic views.

Florida Keys Island Fishing Charters, a successful private charter business I run with my husband, Captain Tony. We operate out of Big Pine Key and Bahia Honda, specializing in family-friendly reef, backcountry, and bridge fishing trips.

Home Decor by Eva Polizze, where I share my passion for interior design, outdoor ambiance, tablescaping, and home staging—skills that directly benefit my real estate clients when listing or furnishing properties.

Mishaps in Paradise, my middle-grade book series based on tropical island life, featuring themes of humor, adventure, and family.

I also produce video content and vlog about life in the Florida Keys—covering everything from boating and local events to the natural beauty and charm of island living. When I’m not working with clients or running my businesses, I’m usually out on the water. I’m a passionate angler and love showcasing the fishing lifestyle that makes the Keys such a special place to live and work.
