What makes Eva an incredible realtor is not only her knowledge of the market in and around Annapolis but also her ability to listen to what is important to you. I was in the market to purchase a home from out of state during a pandemic! Eva consistently sent me listings. Called to discuss the potential in all of them and eventually found the most perfect home for us in the most perfect location. She recommended amazing professional people from title company to mortgage broker to make sure the deal was done. She made the whole process as easy as possible. Best realtor I have ever dealt with.

Eva is one of the most kind, compassionate and competent realtors I have ever met. She is willing to think out of the box, while remaining realistic and honest with her clients. Eva worked hard to get my house prepared and photographed for our listing. She had a lot of good ideas and put a lot of time and energy into the planning stages which had obvious rewards once the house was listed. We had 2 offers the first day and sold the house with a full price offer on the second day!

I recommend Eva Sheres because she not only works hard but she is also very smart with her ideas and understanding of how to set up and price a house for sale. She really is a natural salesperson and her ability made a difference when she worked with the potential buyers.
