Eva possesses a deep understanding of the Real Estate Market and how to navigate the buying / selling process to meet the client's objective. She provides expert sevice with a personal approach....when you work with Eva...you get Eva...you won't end up with a team or surrogate. Smaller is better!

I can not say enough about Eva. She was absolutely fabulous to work with. My mom and I were took an Uber from ORD and her brother was our driver. When he learned that I was there for a medical school interview and could possibly be moving to the area, he said that his sister is a relator here and we should call her if we need an agent. He called her in the car and she of course agreed to help us in any way she could. Turns out, I did settle here in Northern IL, moving from KY. Eva worked with my husband and I from that long of a distance, she went out of her way to book as many homes as we could possibly fit in to the few weekends that we came up to look around and everything always flowed so smoothly. My parents were involved in this process as well so she was dealing with opinions and feelings from 4 people at all times but did so with incredible grace and wisdom. She is a warm and welcoming person- she has welcomed all of us into her life as friends and we could not thank her enough for all that she did for us during a very stressful time. She is fabulous at her job- she works very quickly and communicates with other relators and her clients very efficiently and effectively. I couldn't ask for a better person to work with.
