Evan has always had a passion for sales and business development. His previous experience and leadership over the last twenty years have allowed him to make customer satisfaction his specialty. He has developed leadership skills and business acumen through different channels, including ownership of two restaurants.

Having worked alongside industry veterans in the property management, real estate, and F&B field, he has learned how to wear a number of hats at the most crucial of times. Evan mastered the art of understanding business needs from his past experience aiding failing businesses by growing their revenue and helping them become sustainable entities. With his unique consultative approach, he has been able to surpass sales goals and initiatives while creating lifetime business relationships to ensure the success of his team.

Evan is a father of 4 great children, and he enjoys doing anything with them from marching band, and baseball to hanging out at the pool. He is also an avid tennis player and enjoys reading and watching almost any sport. He is looking forward to working with you.
