The Lark Mountain Group is a real estate sales team and boutique property management business owned by Ryan and Lisa Case. The Case’s have been in the real estate business for the past 15 years through investing and property management. About 10 years ago, Lisa began working as a realtor in the Denver Metro area and quickly became one of the top producing agents in Colorado. Since then, there has been an undeniable synergy between their property management and real estate sales businesses.

When given the opportunity, I was proud to join a team that has many years of experience in both the Summit County and Denver Metro markets. Having participated in the market as real estate investors, property mangers, and representing parties through real estate transactions, our team has the versatility to best serve the clients we are fortunate enough to work with.
