Evan Simon

Evan has lived in Columbus for nearly 20 years. She is familiar with Central Ohio’s neighborhoods and is excited to work with clients to find their perfect home with their best interests in mind.

Evan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from The Ohio State University in 2002 and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Franklin University in 2008. She studied real estate at Hondros College, receiving her license in 2017.

Evan is a member of both the National Association of Realtors and the Columbus Board of Realtors. She works with buyers and sellers throughout Central Ohio, with a focus on Upper Arlington and Grandview.
