Evelyn “Evie” Forston is a trusted Real Estate Advisor, REALTOR®, and Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty River Cities, proudly serving Columbus, GA, Phenix City, AL, and the greater Chattahoochee Valley with her Real Estate partner and fiancé, David Hickox. Together they are The Hickox Team. She specializes in residential Real Estate, commercial Real Estate, investment properties, and lease negotiations, representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords with clarity and care.

With a background in multifamily and commercial property management, Evelyn brings strategic insight into pricing, property performance, and market trends—helping first-time homebuyers, military families, investors, and sellers make confident decisions.

A Chattahoochee Valley native, Evelyn is deeply committed to her community. She is a graduate of Leadership East Alabama and holds multiple leadership roles with the Columbus Board of Realtors and has also held a leadership role with the Junior League of Columbus, including Chair of the Little Black Dress Initiative and Diaper Bank. In 2025, she was honored to fundraise as a “Star” dancer for the Alzheimer’s Association.

Outside of real estate, Evelyn enjoys time with her family and fiancé, walking the RiverWalk, volunteering, attending football and baseball games, traveling, and continually growing through Real Estate education and podcasts. Her goal is simple: to make a meaningful difference while helping clients find the right place to call home and build their biggest asset.
