We decided to use the Evelyn Fred group to find our new home. Looking for something very specific in a specific area was not an easy task. Our agent was very accommodating and told us we would find what we were looking for. It took a year, but we did find the home right for us.

Never did we feel we were imposing on our agent or that our calls were a nuisance. He told us that if it took 100 showings, it was fine with him. He wanted us to be happy with our choice.

When we finally found what we were looking for, the Evelyn Fred group did everything they could to make the process of buying a home, as seamless as possible. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new home.

This is my second time buying a home. Evelyn has been our realtor for 3 properties now (2 buying, 1 selling) and she is wonderful! She makes sure the whole process is smooth, but more importantly she makes sure that you the client feel like she has your best interests in mind at all times. She tells it to you straight, she's honest, and always wants to make sure she is doing what you want, to help you get what you want. She is saavy and knowledgeable, always responsive, and really cares for her clients. She offers suggestions of what to do to get what we want, always has a plan, but does not push you to do something you do not want to do. We loved working with her, and would definitely recommend her to anyone! We are pretty hard to please, and although we have moved away from the Chicago area wish that we could still use her in our new state too!
