About Evelyn

In January of 1998 Evelyn attended Action School of Real Estate in Springfield, MO where she was first licensed. Upon completing the class she placed her license with a small company in Ash Grove, MO. In 2000 she moved and she worked at Moreland Realty in Imperial, NE. In 2005 moving back to Arvada, Colorado where she went to work right away doing what she enjoys most, helping people through the process of purchasing or selling a home. In 2009, with the help of wonderful people, she started 121 Realty.

The past 17 years have been wonderful. Evelyn can’t see herself doing anything else. Her passion is helping and serving others. Along the journey of either selling or buying a home, she meets many people and her goal is to have made new friends at the end of the journey. For the past three years, 5280 Magazine has given her the award of “5 Star Professional.” This award is given to the top 7% of Realtors in the state of Colorado. Her customers have been key in nominating and selecting me for this award.

Evelyn has lived in many states, beginning in Georgia (that’s where this Southern draw comes from). Just recently, the love of her life and her celebrated 50th anniversary. God has and continues to be faithful.
