Evelyn has been licensed with Latter & Blum, Inc. for more than 30 years and has been a managing broker since 2008. She is passionate about the company, her agents, and their success. Evelyn earned her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and worked in Washington D.C., Minnesota, and Mississippi before returning to New Orleans in 1983.
Additionally, Evelyn is heavily involved in the real estate community serving on numerous boards and committees. Evelyn’s accomplishments include president of the Louisiana Realtor Association in 2020, past chairman and current commissioner of the Louisiana Real Estate Commission (LREC), appointee of the National Association of Realtors Standards Advisory Group, past president of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR), past president of the Gulf South Real Estate Information Network (GSREIN), and state president and local chapter president of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
Evelyn’s extensive background and knowledge allow her to offer the best to her agents. Her office philosophy is to promote professionalism through education, hands-on training, and team building. She also maintains a successful, fun, and friendly office environment. She also promotes community involvement and fundraising efforts throughout her office.
