I had been searching Fort Collins and surrounding areas for months before contacting Evie. I was very frustrated, not finding any place for sale that 'checked my boxes'. Evie got on the job, and convinced me to expand my search area just a little more. She was tenacious in helping me find a home. Soon she was lining up acceptable homes in several different neighborhoods and towns. She showed patience and perseverance when I thought I couldn't look at another house. We found a place I liked up in the edge of the mountains that I much prefer to living in a city. Evie took care of lining up septic, well, and home inspectors, steered me to her own insurance agent, and just generally took care of all the details and made sure that the transaction went smoothly . All I really had to do was show up at the closing, sign a few papers, and hand over a cashiers check. I would highly recommend Evie's services to anyone in the market in the general Larimer and Boulder county area.

Evie helped us out of a tight spot. We had a short amount of time to find a new house and sell the one we had. We also have young children, which made it hard to show the house. But Evie worked with our constraints and got us everything we needed, including the perfect house for us.

Evie takes great care of my buyers homes buying needs. She knows the Real Estate market very well, is aware of current market trends that allows her respond and negotiate well. She also creates a great working relationship with all parties. Super Professional and personal. She does listen to the Buyers and I'm certain, the Sellers needs too (because I'm a lender I don't work with sellers directly, I'm on the buying side of transactions.), and injects her professional opinions to them to help them understand the markets they are competing in.
in a nutshell, I find her to be an absolute expert in Real Estate. So glad to work with her.

Her diligent attention made our dealings with the developer (Boulder Creek Builders) easier and more productive. With us (and other clients of hers whom we know) her knowledgeable, detail oriented approach proved quite effective.
