A resident of Atlanta for more than 40 years, Eydie Koonin delivers a valuable skillset of market knowledge and industry expertise, solidifying clients’ confidence in her work and further establishing her as one of Atlanta’s leading luxury agents.

Eydie began her real estate career in 2008, around the time her youngest child went to college and shortly before the housing market downturn. However, it was during this time that she accomplished the rare feat of achieving Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers status in her first full year and became a Life Member in the shortest possible time frame.

Eydie and her husband, Steve, CEO of the Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena, call Buckhead home. Apart from her day-to-day, she is actively involved in many charitable organizations, including serving on the Executive Board for the Jewish Educational Loan Fund and as a board member of In the City Camp and The Epstein School. Eydie is the past chair of The Atlanta Jewish Foundation, and she and Steve are past recipients of Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Atlanta's Citizens of the Year Award.
