Fabiana Menezes

Fabiana Costa has led an impressive career as a realtor and in her 10 years working in the real estate industry. Fabiana is a member of the Global Real Estate Council of Orlando. She is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) where she has the knowledge, research and tools to focus on critical aspects of working with international buyer and investors. She has found her niche in working with investors in the vacation rental sector. She brings all of her knowledge into servicing her vacation homes and bringing to guests a magical experience. Prior to her current role as a realtor, Fabiana worked as a registered nurse in the NICU where she learned a lot about persistence, determination and people. She uses many of those skills to handle the grueling process to ensure that her clients have a smooth, carefree yet rewarding experience. In her spare time, she reaps the benefits of being a mom to 3 beautiful children.
