If you are looking for any property at all, rental or purchase, do not sell yourself short by going with anyone other than Faith! She is beyond dedicated, responsive, detail oriented and cares about you! She may challenge what you think your comfort zone is a little because she knows what it takes to get you what you want within your approved budget and style preference, but I guarantee, she has your best interest at heart and in mind!!! Without her, I would not be in the home of my dreams with a total mortgage price hundreds below rental prices with more square footage, a beautiful yard and plenty of off street parking to boot! She is tenacious in her hunt and patient with her clients. She absolutely understands the emotional, financial and time sensitive impact of looking for a new residence.
