Fara has been an incredible partner in helping my wife and I move to a completely new city -- Austin. Her patience and support as we went around seeing different homes and different neighborhoods is absolutely astounding. Her professionalism and the fact that she always picks up her phone at whatever time is something that I've never experienced with other realtors. She is a fierce advocate for her clients and will always step in to ask the tough questions. She also knows Austin's market like the back of her hand. In a competitive market, like Austin, she knows how to win properties and how much to put down. She is honest and if she feels like a house or a neighborhood doesn't match her clients' needs and personality, she'll say it. She's not someone who's looking to just sell you a house so she can move on to the next client. I remember sending her homes before I even stepped foot in Austin and from the very little she knew of me and my wife, she saved us from purchasing it.

It has been an absolute pleasure for us to work with Fara over the last year and half. As I don't live in Austin, Fara made all the arrangements to see numerous properties whenever I visited Austin, and provided a lot of detailed information beforehand so I could get familiar with Austin and the various neighborhoods. Fara is very knowledgeable about Austin and guided us through many areas, until we finally selected the neighborhood and our home. Fara has been very patient with us, guiding and allowing us to come to our decisions as we gained more knowledge about Austin.

As our home has been new construction over the last year and half, Fara coordinated all matters dealing with the builders and sales agents. This was no small feat, as the builder delayed construction due to the COVID pandemic. Fara made numerous visits to our property as it was being built to Facetime us and showed us the progress. What we also really appreciated about Fara was her willingness to advise on what would work well for our home as it is an investment property. She even helped us with making design selections, keeping in mind potential future tenant needs and wants.

Fara is great at following up and chasing down issues and answers, and we really appreciate her "go getter" attitude.

I also referred Fara to my brother whom recently bought 3 houses in Austin through Fara. Like us, he has really enjoyed working with Fara.

We may purchase another property in Austin and really look forward to working with Fara on this. We highly recommend Fara to folks looking to purchase properties in Austin!

Fara was recommended to us by a work colleague and he provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continues to, well after closing. We highly recommend Fara Kosari without any reservations.

Our experience began with Fara sitting down with us and talking through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Austin market. Based on our input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Fara provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find within our budget. To start, we spent approximately two days looking in each of the neighborhoods we selected and checking out listings while Fara spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each house/community. We were very indecisive home shoppers, so we definitely tested Fara’s knowledge about local communities and types of homes, and were never disappointed with her responses.

Most important to us, Fara was always honest with us about what he thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that he truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, more than a month after closing, she still cheerfully recommends contractors and other service providers when we contact him looking for suggestions as we complete work on our home.
In the future, if we ever decide to move, we will definitely use Fara again to both sell our home and find a new one.

We LOVED working with Fara! We met her assistant Mel Belay at an open house and she quickly helped us find a place in Austin since we were moving from SLC. Once we picked the one, Fara helped us get the best deal and really fought for us! She’s a great negotiator and got us every last penny she could get in the closing process. She even got the sellers to send us $50 via Venmo for a new ding in a wall we found the day before just as she was waiting for us to finish up closing things.
