She utilizes her deep ties in the Hudson County community and leverages her vast network of builders, contractors, and interior designers to provide unparalleled value to the luxury clientele she services. Prior to Story Residential, Farah served as Sales Manager for Hudson River Properties, in this role she mentored new agents as well as collaborated with seasoned agents to maximize sales production for the entire organization; while also personally managing over $20M of Transactions annually. Farah has an extensive professional background in sales and management; receiving acclaim for her directness, transparency, compelling marketing, expert negotiations, and the ability to keep people and deals on track — calmly and expeditiously. Whether working with a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor, Farah’s tailored approach meticulously pairs each buyer to their ideal property.
