Ryan Cummings

Shortly after selling my first home in 2002, I became captivated by the world of real estate. I began the transition from a successful career in TV production and direction to designing and flipping homes across the various neighborhoods of Los Angeles. In 2004, I became a licensed Realtor, and, since then, I’ve helped hundreds of happy clients, friends, and family achieve their real estate goals throughout Southern California.

I pride myself on working closely with my clients to ensure they not only understand each step of the buying and or selling process, but also enjoy it. Whether buying your first home, an investment property, or a sunny spot to retire, I’m dedicated to listening to your needs and wants while exceeding expectations.

Several of my successes have been featured (with an Emmy nod), showcased in Money Magazine and the cover of West Los Angeles Living. In 2008, my Real Estate career gained even more momentum while living in Palm Springs. Here, I co-founded John & Ryan, Real Estate Group under the umbrella of Sotheby’s International Realty. As Co-founder and Global Real Estate Advisor, I have been listed as one of Coachella Valley’s Top Realtors & Teams by Palm Springs Life Magazine 6 years in a row. Most recently, I was honored by LA Magazine as one of 2025’s Real Estate All Stars by rankings.
