I am a Certified Residential Specialist with over 25 years experience selling homes in Miami. Originally from Jamaica, I moved to Miami in1977 and have seen our city grow and change. I know our local communities and the multicultural diversity and charm that make our city so unique. I really enjoy helping my clients experience successful hassle-free transactions, and stay with them through the entire process.

I am a member of several civic organizations including the Chamber of Commerce. My hobbies include gardening, cooking and spending time with family and friends. I have dealt with the Nixon team for 1 sale and 3 purchases over the past 8 years. I am a repeat customer because of the extreme professionalism and courtesy displayed by Peter and Fay. My last purchase, especially, took longer than normal. I just couldn't seem to find the right place. Fay was extremely patient and kind, and did not pressure me into buying a property I was not completely happy with. I really appreciated that. She was also there to calm me down when normal real estate snags came up and things did not go as planned. Their knowledge shown during the myriad of paperwork involved in a real estate transaction can only come from years of experience, from property searches to closings. It never ceases to amaze me!
