Felicia was the most professional Realtor that I have ever worked with since I have been buying homes. If I would have met her many years ago, I would be in the home of my dreams right now and enjoying my life and relaxing as a retired disabled veteran. She is very professional, nice, kind, courteous, friendly, patient, intelligent, loving and a caring person. She does not rush you into anything and she is not a pushy person. I would definitely use Mrs. Felicia Harrell as a Realtor any day or time and would definitely recommend her to any potential home buyer because she is a very wonderful and dedicated person that cares about her clients. She has a very beautiful, kind spirit, soul and heart. ♥️ She pays attention to details and let her client make the decisions of what they would like to do, she is not pushy, she has always been on time when I needed her or needed to ask her a question about selling my house. If I would have met Felicia first, I wouldn’t have had to sell the house that I just sold, because I would have bought the house of my dream and not have been pushed like the realtor Earl Coleman of Better Homes and Gardens of Atlanta. His broker Dexter Dix was no better and unhelpful and both of them was a nightmare to work with. Earl Coleman is a shady realtor. He told me to buy the house and he would get his team to do all the repairs and fix it up and then he would put it on the market to sell and said I would have to split the proceeds with him in half when I sell it, but not to tell anyone. I spent over $10,000 repairing a home that I should not have had spend in order to sell it. Earl was scheming and trying to make EXTRA money on the side. He is very shady and then he tells my daughter “Selling your mom this house, I can’t buy me a Tesla”, because USSA movers advantage doesn’t pay me enough”. When I told him about nails sticking out, his response was “It’s your house now, get a hammer to fix it”. He also had his friend to lie on the inspection and didn’t tell me that the jacuzzi was not grounded and not knowing that my disabled son, my daughter and I could have been electrocuted and died in that tub, and so many other things had to also be repaired. He coerced me into buying the house and was in partnership with the owners realtor so, he “Earl Coleman” along with his unprofessional broker defending him, but Oh, how I wished that I would have met Mrs. Felicia Harrell when I was looking to buy a house in Georgia, I would have been a happy person. Earl made me have a bad and sour taste to live in Georgia and I moved out of the state with the help of Mrs.Felicia Harrell with Keller Williams and she is AWESOME and is the BEST and I want to say Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.❤️🙂 it has been such a wonderful experience working with you and I give you the upmost RESPECT for your PROFESSIONALISM in been a GREAT REALTOR and person. May GOD continue to bless you in what you do so well and honestly. I may have to look for you in the future if the sour taste comes out of my mouth one day. Felicia Harrell provided outstanding service from the beginning of my home purchasing process all the way until the end. I admire her professionalism. During my 1st and Final walk through. She did a thorough inspection and was able to point out things that I overlooked, which was a plus. Some realtors don’t take the time to do a thorough walk through. They just let you walk through and agree to whatever you say. I had an awesome experience with Felicia and I will definitely be referring anyone whose in the market to purchase a home. I’m so happy and I love my new home.

Mrs. Felicia made buying my first home a reality. My price point was on the lower side, but I was treated no less than a client with a $1 million budget. She is very down to earth and honest about her perspective in regards to the expectations of her clients. She was extremely patient with me during my home buying experience. I was a very satisfied client, and I will be contacting her for my future home buying needs for as long as she is available.
