She has successfully listed, negotiated and sold/closed 500+ transactions working for the Wannebo Real Estate Group – handling all aspects of the transactions to include; Working with sellers to offer advice in respect to the transaction from start to finish - Preparing the property to go on the market, staging, high end photography and aerial videography, marketing, bringing the most buyers possible to their home for the highest possible price, working with buyers and buyers agents, and negotiating on behalf of her clients. Born and raised outside of Philadelphia, PA Felicia moved to San Diego in 1996 after graduating from Villanova University.
