Felipe Crook is a broker-salesman who has been licensed since 2003. He originally moved to Las Vegas as one of the original cast members of Mamma Mia the Musical at the Mandalay Bay. He started his real estate career after reading Robert Kiyosaki’s book Rich Dad, Poor Dad. At 24, he decided to buy an investment property. He called a real estate sign and suddenly he had an agent. This agent did such a poor job, and he felt so taken advantage of, that he decided to get his own real estate license. He vowed to treat his clients better than he was treated. He started selling real estate right before the huge boom, and he’s grateful to say that he’s continuing to succeed in a very demanding market. He is an E-pro and a Fine Homes International Specialist. In addition to English, he speaks French and Portuguese. He specializes in First-Time Buyers, Luxury Homes & Estates, New Homes, Relocations, Short Sales, and Vacation Homes. He also serves on the board of trustees of AFAN (Aid for Aids of Nevada) which is the largest HIV non-profit in Nevada. He’s helped raise over $18,000 to help those in Las Vegas affected by HIV. His team has consistently been a top producing agent selling more than $50,000,000 in sales over the last decade. He has over twelve years of experience and results. When not helping clients reach their real estate goals, he enjoys spending time with his dogs, writing, and traveling. He practices Yoga, and he is interested in fitness.
