My husband and I were looking at buying a vacation home at Joshua Tree. When we were trying to find the right person to help us at the beginning was not easy until we met Fernando. He was an amazing person to have met. So when it came time for us to buckle down and find a home of our own there was no doubt in our mind that he was going to be the realtor that we wanted. When we talked to Fernando right away got us in to tour several house opportunities. We could not have been any happier with him, he was amazing and knew exactly what we were looking for. There were moments we just thought that maybe it wasn’t our time, but Fernando kept us motivated with his passion and great energy (and we are so glad he did!!).!
We did not make it easy for him but he stuck with us and found the place that fit our family.
When we did a quick escrow close he handled setting up all the inspections and follow up on the inspections quickly to ensure everything was known about the property before closing. We would definitely recommend MasterProperty Realty to anyone we know that is looking to buy or sell.

Working with Mr. Fernando was more than great experience. He sold my home in San Bernardino. Distance was not a concern with him. He drove from San Diego to San Bernardino to conduct the open House. After selling my home he was able to search and find a movable house in a short time after. Overall the experience was amazing, his is a very understanding person and friendly best part of him he speaks English and Spanish. To me distance was not an issue. My wife and I own multiple properties.Few years ago we decided sell some of them. Fernando did a great job, all of our properties were sold in record time and at top prices. His commission is the lowest in the industry that we have seen. We have been buying and selling realestate 18+ years. Our last 3 properties were sold while we were traveling internationally. Fernando arranges for our properties to be repaired. He had open house every weekend and keep us updated. I will never use another agent to buy or seek our properties. When I first met Fernando Lomez, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property, Fernando would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Fernando also led me through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price I was comfortable with.
