To me, J Webb is truly a five star RE agent; he is very knowledgeable, resourceful, responsible, and he is a skilled negotiator. Also, he is patient and friendly too. Because of his expertise in RE, I had a confidence in him that he would find a house in Cincinnati that meets my criteria/budget while I was in California. Now I moved into my new home in Cincinnati about a month ago and like it a lot!. I thank to J Webb and his Finn Team, Coldwell Banker Realty. The Finn Team was incredibly patient with us, as it ended up taking a couple of years to find the right house. We even left the country in the middle of negotiations, and they still made the entire process easy for us. Then they turned around and sold our old house in 10 hours! The Finn Team is amazing. They helped us sell our house maybe 5 years ago so when we were looking to buy in the Cincinnati area, we knew who to call. They were so fast to respond and up for the challenge of helping us find a house while we lived out of state. They were great at keeping contact and getting us in houses to look at. And generally just great, friendly people.

Sarah Sally was one of the best realtors we’ve ever worked with. She gave us honest opinions, put in extra time, and was always available for a quick call. She seems like she actually cares and really wants to help you find a house you love. She was great during the offer process and just great overall up to and after close.

Sarah Sally is truly one of the best in business. She brings everything one would want in a realtor to the table; professionalism, hard work, honesty, loyalty, extensive knowledge, and organization, to name a few. She made the process of buying my first home fun and always remained optimistic, despite being in one of the most competitive markets to date (which was frustrating at times, to say the least).

What I valued most about Sarah is her straightforwardness. I never once got the feeling that she was doing what was best for her or her team - always the client first. I never felt like I was on the receiving end of a sales pitch. She has been in the business for years and her vast understanding of the ins & outs of the housing market made that abundantly clear. Right from the get go Sarah helped me with scheduling viewings, giving honest opinions on the places we visited and then setting me up with a private portal that showed me houses/condos that matched my needs.
