Fiona Santos

While she was growing up in the Philippines, Fiona Santos’ family shuttled between Manila and Tokyo several times before moving to the U.S. in 2002. She wasted no time getting into real estate, obtaining her realtor® license in 2005 and has consistently been a top-producing agent since.

Fiona already had a substantial skill set for a real estate professional. While in Manila, she earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communications, worked on a major national TV network, and eventually became a producer and writer. In the process, she became adept at marketing, branding, and creating social media content — all essential skills that serve her clients. Her direct approach applies to all aspects — design, renovation, staging, and ensuring her listings are ready to hit the market. Her multimedia expertise yields outstanding results for both buyers and sellers.

Putting her clients first, Fiona formulates winning strategies that empower them with knowledge while reducing stress in what may be the biggest investment they will ever make. A lot of her clients are first-time buyers; the rest might be move-up buyers, empty nesters, retirees, relocators, or investors. Whether it’s a fixer-upper or resident-ready, she has the knowledge, experience, and extensive professional network to help make a house a home. Fiona is also fluent in Tagalog.

In her spare time, Fiona enjoys music, film, photography, and traveling to explore unfamiliar places. She is also an animal lover who has a pair of dogs; one’s a pit bull, the other a Yorkie named Jazzy who goes with her almost everywhere — to work, to visit family on the East Coast, on hot air balloon rides, and even to the movies.
