Fiore laid the foundation for his business approach long before becoming a real estate broker. He earned a master’s degree in teaching and taught ages 5 to 75 in both the United States and abroad in Italy, from the parish where his grandparents lived. During this time, he sharpened his ability to listen, communicate complex processes, and problem-solve within the framework of relationships—skills that are an asset to the clients he works with today. He goes wherever his clients need him, understands the nuances of every property type—from urban studios to sprawling estates—and has worked with a range of clients, from first-time buyers to builders, upsizers, downsizers and everyone in between.
When representing sellers, Fiore begins with advisement in listing preparation, connecting his clients to trusted contractors, movers, stagers and more. He then tailors a marketing plan to reach the right audience with impeccable timing, tracks and shares market data, and takes the extra time to reach out for more than feedback: He keeps a pulse on all property activity and knows who is sitting on the fence, where to go to create multiple offers, and what it takes to close a deal.
Fiore has aligned with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty to evolve his business forward by connecting his clients to award-winning marketing, cutting-edge tools, and a truly global reach that spans over 1,000 Sotheby’s offices in 72 countries. His affiliation with the firm will also provide him with the opportunity to continue his representation of builders and new construction projects, through a partnership with the Land Division. He has successfully partnered with builders to sell over 50 projects, providing a high-touch presence that eases the process for both the client and the project’s buyers.
A native Seattleite, Fiore lives in Green Lake with his wife Lisa and their two lovely daughters, Fiona and Fiore Celestina. He is known for his culinary flair, and often invites friends and family to share in meals he prepares using ingredients grown right in his garden. He speaks Italian and Spanish, is an avid soccer player and runner, and loves sharing his passion for food and the Pacific Northwest with his clients.
