Flavia served as a cheerleading team captain of the NFL’s San Diego Chargers before graduating magna cum laude from law school. She has been a dual-licensed real estate broker and attorney since 2007, and she worked at a global law firm for over 14 years, specializing in large-scale real estate transactions for Fortune 500 companies. A member of the state bars of California and Nevada, Flavia focuses on business law and commercial real estate in her legal practice. She teaches real estate finance at California Western School of Law and landlord and business law at the San Diego Community College District. Her proprietary legal templates and forms have been published and widely used by landlords and business owners.
As an Accredited Professional (LEED AP) in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) system by the U.S. Green Building Council, Flavia’s expertise in green building design is invaluable to clients interested in environmentally friendly properties. She has extensive experience handling residential and commercial transactions, including sales of traditional homes, condos, new construction, fixer-uppers, retail spaces, and multifamily apartment buildings. In her free time, Flavia also enjoys acts of service. She provides pro bono legal assistance to low-income clients and has volunteered for several nonprofit organizations, including as a board member for several terms. She was awarded the Justice Seymour Simon Award for her efforts to advance pro bono legal service.
