Flavio is an excellent and trustful professional. There wasn't a single time when he wouldn't reply or call back, he is super organized and kept us very comfortable with all the steps of the transaction. I can't imagine going through all that with another agent. Flavio certainly walked the extra mile with us and for us.

My husband and I were very well impressed with how savvy and knowledgeable Flavio was during the many showings he took us to. If it wasn't for his very attentive eyes, we would have spent a good amount to fix some problems with the house we decided to buy. He was able to negotiate with the seller to have everything fixed before closing. We also loved the fact that everything went really smoothly with him, and we were always updated almost immediately during every step of the process.

I'm very thankful to Flavio for all the effort he put into selling our property. He came up with a very detailed report that showed us we were asking too low for our house. In other words, he helped us make more money than what we expected. That's the kind of thing that makes it worth it to pay for a realtor instead of selling by ourselves, as we were trying before meeting him. I'd strongly recommend Flavio to anyone in Central Florida.
