Flor Alas is by far the best realtor we ever hired. I've hired many realtors in my lifetime. But nobody as amazing as Flor. She invested so much of her time while selling our home. She went above and beyond. Our home needed many repairs before putting it on the market. She organized a contractor to do all the necessary repairs. Which didn't cost a dime out of our pocket until the house sold. Hiring Flor was the best investment we ever made. If anyone is looking for a realtor that will put up a fight for everything and anything. We highly recommend Flor. She's definitely number one with our family. We can't thank her enough. Thank You Flor Alas.. You're a 10+++++

My husband and I had a great experience working with Flor as our agent. This was our first time selling, and to be honest, we found it to be a bit stressful time to sell, since we were still dealing with a pandemic, and our kids were in school, and she had to work around our hectic schedules with work, but we found Flor to be very flexible and reassuring during this whole process. She is very knowledgeable about the market. Flor was in constant communication with us about every step of the process, and was very helpful at answering any of our questions.  She always had a quick response time. Flor made great recommendations along the way,  but was also very respectful, and considerate of all our needs.
Flor was very easy to work with, and made this process as stress-free as possible,  and for that we greatly appreciate her! We would highly recommend Flor, to all our friends, family, and anyone looking for an agent!
