Flora Newman

Flo has been helping families come home to The Woodlands since 1975. She helped open the first Century 21 franchise in Montgomery County. By 1986, Flo had grown the firm to 55 agents and Century 21 Gold Country was the largest real estate firm in Montgomery County. Flo sold the company to Merrill Lynch Realty that year in order to have more time for the individual needs of her clients and her fanily. In 1995 Flo joined the highly successfull team of RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring and has consistently been in the top 1% of RE/MAX agents. Perhaps her greatest accomplislnnent is being acknowledged by The Houston Business Journal as one of the top 25 agents in the Houston Metro area for the past 14 years, based on total closed transactions.
