This is my first house, and I was lucky to have Flora to help me through this process. Flora and Luna were able to help me decide the house that was the best match for me based on their professional knowledge and past experience. Rather than pushing you to make a decision, Flora always gave me objective advice after touring. They were also fast in response and kind to all my silly questions, even late at night. Thanks to her excellent communication and negotiation strategies, the seller was convinced to accept my offer below the listing price. We found Flora via some friends’ referral and now we can say she deserves the recommendation. She was familiar with communities across the East Side and would always search and screen target houses before touring them. This saved us a lot of time than bombarding blindly with what available on the market. After our offer accepted on the dream house, she and her team helped to follow up with the escrow and lenders tightly. Thanks to her proactive communication, the closing was smooth and in time. Last but not least, she offerred a significant discount on commission even though full services were provided. I hired Flora and her team for my SFH purchase recently. It’s such a hassle-free experience that I feel the house hunting process is just as easy as grocery shopping. They have really good sense of the Seattle market and took care of all weight-lifting work, such as screening houses on the market, planning house tour routes and of course all the offer preparation, during the process. Thanks to her great communication and negotiation skills, the seller was convinced to accept our offer with inspection contingencies and 10s of thousands below the listing price. Also Flora had shown great ownership after the transaction was smoothly closed. They helped us to find contractors to fix all urgent issues before we moving into the house. All in all, now she is my to-go person for all house related questions. I would definitely recommend Flora to friends who need a realtor.

We hired Flora and her team to help us buy a house, and then sell our TH in Seattle. After considering and interviewing other agents, we hired Flora because we felt comfortable talking with her, she was professional, and had a good track record of success. We found the one that felt right for us. We were not in a rush and took our time, and Flora understood our priorities and helped us assess pros/cons of houses with honesty and we never felt pressured to pursue a house that didn't suit us. After purchasing, we continued to work with Flora to sell our old house. She had great suggestions on areas to focus on for staging and touch-up work and that was key in attracting buyers and getting a solid offer. The sale of the house went very smoothly and we were extremely happy with the entire process which was pretty carefree and effortless. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a Realtor.

Flora & Luna is provided great service on my house hunting process. Over all, I would recommend who is on the market.

She and her team always looking for good house for me & my wife, and always be there for visiting the open house & tour. Due to the craziness market, we are not able to win the offer in our first offer, but finally, we bid one good home! She is not pushing, and analyzed the market & status of the house before we put offer. She is always speak out the potential issue / problem of the house first instead of good stuff (which obviously everyone can see it).

We worked with Flora and her team last summer to buy our first single-family house. Flora was very responsive, professional, and enthusiastic. As first-time buyers, we did not have a clear picture of what we wanted at the beginning, nor did we have sufficient knowledge about the market. Flora was very patient and never pushed us to rush a decision. She helped us to calibrate our needs by touring various houses, and the honest opinions(especially the flaws that we oversaw) she shared during the tours have been extremely insightful for us to finalize our priorities and true needs. Besides, this team was very efficient in sorting, appointment booking, and paperwork preparations. We were the first to tour our dream house the exact afternoon it popped out on the market, which essentially granted us the advantage to win the house through an early offer! Flora is our buyer agent and, with in 1.5 month, helps us buy our SFH in 2020(intense seller’s market) at a very reasonable price. During house hunting, she provided honest feedback to help us get the pros and cons of each house. During bidding, she encouraged us to be patient and do not get too attached to a specific house to overbid it. Floral Sun and her team helped me in my house buying and post-buying period.

Her team are super professional, responsive, answering a lot of questions for me, comparing trade offs between houses, keep following up with LA, and finally they helped me buy a house with very responsible prices in this hot market.

After close the house buying process, they continue answering the questions for me about any house related questions, like remodel, gardening, roof, etc.

With highly professionlism, during the process, she and her team starts from understanding and evaluating the client's need then picking up target unit and schedule touring, finally making practical strategy before the bidding process.
