Forth was great to work with! He listened to what we thought we wanted in a property. As we continued our search, he paid close attention to our personal likes, dislikes and budget. He made suggestions, and worked at our pace. He answered every question we had, and offered extra knowledge and insight about every aspect of buying and selling. We were buying in an area unfamiliar to us (relocation) his knowledge of the area was invaluable. We felt very confident in Forth and appreciated his professionalism, and his friendliness. It is hard to find an agent who can balance all of that.

We were looking at homes for like 4 years on and off and Forth stuck around all those years. When we saw something and wanted to look at it he gladly met us at the house and showed it to us.
When we did finally place a offer on a house he gladly let us in the house to inspect and reinspect the house.
