I had the pleasure of working with Fouzi when we were looking for our forever home. We saw the house some on the market and Fouzi was very responsive and attentive to our needs and quickly scheduled a tour. We knew we wanted this house and Fouzi helped us put in the a competitive offer with closing cost assistance. She checked up on us during our loan approval process and worked directly with our loan officer so that we were all in lock step. She helped us time closing perfectly and helped us to negotiate and navigate this very stressful process as home purchases are a stressful event when you have another property to sell as well. She assisted us with the home inspection and helped us negotiate with the owners very gracefully and she was very professional throughout the process. The owners agreed to fix the items found and Fouzi went to bat for us for anything and everything until we were fully content. She was amazing to work with, always only a phone call or text away. She treated us with such care and compassion. I would highly recommend Fouzi as your realtor. She is someone who goes the extra mile to ensure her clients are happy. She even treated us to a nice dinner after our home purchase, which we so much appreciated. We also asked Fouzi to help us with the sale of our townhome. She did a phenomenal job with the professional photos and open houses. She worked tirelessly until an offer was made and the entire process was quite seamless from start to finish. Fouzi made us feel like family, she was very transparent and trustworthy. I til this day recommend Fouzi to all my friends and family in the market to sell, buy or even rent. Fouzi was my real estate agent when I purchased and sold my townhouse in 2014. She was very responsive and met with us right away to tour our townhouse. Gave us very helpful advice on how to best stage the house for optimal photos and how to best attract buyers. She and her team within days helped to get our house on the market with professional photos. She held multiple open houses and provided end to end support on the entire process once a buyer was found. She made the process very seamless and made a very stressful situation manageable. Day or night if I reached out to Fouzi she always made herself available. She became more than my trusted real estate agent, she became my dear friend. I would highly recommend Fouzi to anyone who is looking to buy or sell or both! Fouzi is just simply the best, touch down!!! What makes her the best is her Real Estate knowledge, Amazing Personality, her Experience, her punctuality, Trustworthiness and Loyalty to her customers. Fouzi is an all weather realtor that has the patience to tolerate all kinds of personalities. We met Fouzi when my husband and I decided to buy a home because we are at a family of 6, space is very important. First and foremost, first impressions was very important to me. Fouzi, interaction and engaging my kids, communication and the respect she showed me and my family is what opened the gate way to welcome her to my family with no questions ask. We stayed with her from A to Z. We have introduced her to other friends and all ended up buying or renting from her because she is simply the best. She is the best in her approach in all directions. She is easy to trust because she say the truth and very transparent with good or bad deals. I really love that about her. One thing I realized is that my kids are also comfortable and trust being around her, for me that is +++. If I have to do this again I will 100% choose Fouzi again as our realtor because she is the best.

Meeting Fouzi was one of the best experiences I’ve experienced. She always had her friendly and welcoming smile no matter what. She showed me and my family more than 50 houses but it never bothered her even though we have rejected our offers after they got accepted multiple times.she never pressured us to chose a house she always said the right one will come when it’s time. Thanks to her we finally got the house we wanted. I really appreciate all she has done for me and my family. Well all love her.

First of all Fouzia Afshari is friendly and honest lady. It was my pleasure to got introduced to her and I used her for my first home purchase. She is well known the DMV area and make your home purchase easy with her great tips.

Fouzi Afshar, the great and nice lady!
in particular, were a dream to work with! I and my wife wanted to buy our first dream house, and we had one choice only to find a home in the very competitive Ashburn area because of our kids school. I contacted Fouzi Afshar to help us and make this possible to see the town house that we just found online that might work for us.

Fouzi Afshar very quickly setup and managed the appointment so we visited the house and the first visit our heart was delighted and I could see the beautiful smiles and loves on my wife and kids faces, I have to tell you that my family were 100% looking for such a house for almost 6 to 8 months.
Fouzi Afshar made it possible to put the offer immediately and the house started to be under contract very shortly.

Finally we got the house despite I guess there were a lot of offers in this competitive area.

There's a lot of good memories since then, but all I can say is that THANK YOU SO MUCH Fouzi!!! for the hard and great work for us.
